Application Process

 

The application process involves completion through two channels. Here are the steps:

  1. CREATE an account on the Chula Graduate School website.

  2. CREATE an account on the Faculty of Political Science, Chula’s admission system.

  3. Fill in the application.

  4. Pay the application fee** to:

    Siam Commercial Bank (SCB)

    Account: Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University

    Account Number: 045-2-06661-0
    SWIFT code: SICOTHBK

    MA Application: THB 800

    Ph.D. Application: THB 1,000

    ** The admission fee is not refundable

  5. After submitting the application, applicants will receive an acknowledgment email from PolSci Chula.

 

When you’re ready to apply:

 

Required documents:

1. Completed application form (from the Graduate School’s website)

2. A copy of a valid passport with your signature

3. Academic documents:
- a copy of your degree
- a copy of your transcript, and
- a copy of your English test report (if not exempted)

4. A statement of purpose (not exceeding 1,000 words)

5. A research/dissertation proposal (1,500 – 2,000 words) - Ph.D. applicants only

6. A completed scholarship application

7. An application fee payment receipt
